Cornerstone Sunday
On February 25, 2007, the Atlanta Church of Christ at Cobb celebrated an historical occasion. A special contribution was collected and combined with previous contributions as well as reserves from the ACOC@Cobb coffers. This collection comprised a complete down payment for a new, permanent facility. God has richly answered our prayers! We are grateful for what He's done for us, and we look forward to seeing what He will do with us in the community as we continue to build God's church, the spiritual body of believers. Cornerstone Sunday was a special event that will forever reside in our memories. There was singing, rejoicing, praising, and even a little Salsa dancing! Bless This House Jackie and Conway "Bless This House." Jackie has an amazing voice! The room was on its feet at the end of this very moving song. It is certianly our hope that God blesses this new house of ours.

Holiness Rhonda, Terrence, and Danielle sing about "Holiness." Yet another moving song today!

The Message As usual, Craig Morgan knocked it out of the park. He gave a great message titled, "With the Help of Our God." His message showed us that God has plans for us going forward, that getting this facility is just the beginning. Don't let your past hinder you, but press on and realize the potential that God has set for you.

On The Move Craig goes mobile! Not one to be confined by the pulpit, Craig likes to mix it up with the congregation as he preaches. Craig likes to keep our sound guys on their toes.

I Have A Few More Announcements... Mike gives us the big results at the end of the service, announcing our achieved goal of the down payment. Of course, he took his sweet time getting there. He knows how to build the suspense. What a moment to realize that God has answered your prayers! Thunderous applause resounded. The miracles have just begun.
